‘How we Share our Hollows’ sits within the tension arising from the communal nature of the air we breathe and the potential of air scarcity due to ecological collapse and pollution in late stage capitalism’s increasingly urbanised and industrialised environment. This installation is comprised of three trachea-like pipes that contain field recordings of various contributors’ breath and lung functions raising questions on the relationship between breath, society and our collective futures.
